This is okay and fine, but I am not referring to this kind of peace here.

I am talking about something different. I am talking about a state of inner peace and calmness that does not depend upon external conditions.

This is a mindset of tranquility and calmness, which you can enjoy, irrespective of your external conditions.

It’s a peaceful mindset that you can take with you anywhere you go and experience in every situation of your life.

What Does Peace of Mind Mean?

Peace of mind is a state of mental and emotional calmness and tranquility, with no worries, fears or stress, and without endless thinking.

It is a mental and emotional state of peace. In this state, the mind does not rush from one thought to another and does not constantly buzz as it usually does.

When thoughts calm down, the mind enters a state of calmness, relaxation, and contentment.

In this state, you can decide which thoughts to think and what thoughts to reject.

Your mind is at peace, with no overthinking, doubts, and worries. There is an inner silence full of tranquility unaffected by external conditions.

You probably think that this is impossible or possible only for hermits living in a retreat. This is not correct. With some training, you can silence your mind.
